Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Santé is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioral health and crisis response positions. This role recruits licensed clinicians, counselors, social workers, crisis specialists, care coordinators, call center staff, and program supervisors. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers and Human Resources to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a welcoming and efficient experience from requisition approval through onboarding.
This is a hybrid position with in-office days in Silver Spring, Maryland.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offers, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting and interview strategies.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, colleges, community partners, job fairs, and direct outreach.
- Create accurate, inclusive job postings and maintain complete requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and HR systems.
- Provide timely follow-up to candidates and hiring teams, address recruiting barriers, and support a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare offers, coordinate hiring and onboarding handoffs, and track recruitment activity, metrics, and hiring progress.
- Represent Santé at recruitment events and recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, compliance, and hiring outcomes.
You'll be a strong fit if you bring:
- At least three years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
- Experience recruiting for behavioral health, crisis response, healthcare, or another 24/7 service organization is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit licensed, clinical, direct-service, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or Human Resources Information System; ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of service.
