Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

Looking for recruiter jobs in Denver where your work actually moves something? LINX is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist at $60,000 to $70,000 per year, hybrid out of our Denver, CO headquarters. You'll recruit the technicians, lead technicians, and foremen who build hyperscale data centers for some of the largest technology companies in the world, along with commercial projects across hospitals, schools, and corporate campuses.

This is high-volume, full-cycle recruiting. LINX is adding 700 to 1,000 employees a year, and each Specialist on our team makes 120 to 150 hires a year. If you like a full desk, fast decisions, and seeing your hires on real jobsites, keep reading.

Work arrangement: Hybrid in Denver 4 days per week in office for your first 90 days, then 3 days per week based on performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Full-Cycle Field Recruiting

  • Own requisitions from intake to accepted offer for low voltage Technicians, Lead Technicians, Foremen, and standard corporate roles
  • Source on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn, and build pipelines through referrals, trade schools, career fairs, and military transition programs
  • Screen, interview, and present candidates, then close offers and move new hires through background, drug screen, and onboarding with our Coordinator and HR team

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Run intake calls with Project Managers and Superintendents to lock down requirements, pay, start dates, and travel needs
  • Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline status so projects never get surprised

Program Recruiting

  • Recruit for an assigned customer program or division, such as hyperscale data center construction or Enterprise commercial projects
  • Shift to support other programs when a project ramps, working under the priorities of that program's lead recruiter

Pipeline & Data

  • Build talent pools for the roles LINX hires every month in Denver and our other markets
  • Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and set the knockout screen criteria our Coordinator uses for your roles

Minimum Requirements

Required

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume or hourly hiring
  • Proven ability to manage a large requisition load and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong phone, interviewing, and closing skills
  • Proficient in Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Able to work hybrid in Denver, CO (4 days per week in office for the first 90 days)

This Role Is Probably Not Right For You If

  • You prefer a small number of searches with long timelines. This desk runs on volume, and Specialists here make 120 to 150 hires a year
  • Your recruiting has been mostly sourcing and handing candidates to someone else to close. Here you own the whole cycle
  • You're looking for a fully remote role

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Recruiting experience in commercial construction, skilled trades, low voltage, or data center environments
  • Agency or RPO high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience

  • 401(k) with 50% employer match up to first 5%
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with FSA and HSA options
  • Short and long-term disability coverage
  • 3 weeks PTO (vacation and sick combined)
  • 8 paid holidays
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Hybrid schedule after 90 days

About LINX

Founded in 2003 by working industry practitioners, LINX designs, installs, and supports commercial network cabling, fiber optic networks, audiovisual, security, and wireless/DAS systems. From our Denver headquarters, we've grown into a national low voltage contractor with active markets in Seattle, Salt Lake City, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, Atlanta, Northern Virginia, Columbus, Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Cheyenne, Montgomery, and Monroe.

Our Talent Acquisition team sits at the center of that growth. Every hyperscale data center build and commercial project we win needs crews, and our recruiters are the ones who staff them. As LINX keeps adding 700 to 1,000 people a year, we're building out a recruiting team with real career paths, and the Specialists we hire now are the Senior Specialists and Program Leads of the next few years.
