Orkla Snacks is a market leader within confectionery, biscuits, and snacks across the Nordic and Baltic region. We operate in six markets and generate annual revenues of above 10 billion NOK (2025). Our company brings together more than 3,000 dedicated people, united by a passion for our strong brands that consumers love– including Smash!, OLW, BUBS, Panda, and Ballerina. We have strong #1 and #2 positions across most of our markets and categories.
Shape how we attract, recruit and welcome talent across Orkla Snacks.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our ability to attract, recruit and successfully onboard the talent needed to deliver our business ambitions. In this international role, you will combine hands-on recruitment for central positions with global process ownership for talent acquisition, employer branding and onboarding.
The role is a part of Orkla Snacks Central People team and reports to the Chief People Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the global recruitment policy, process and recruitment system.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing and sourcing to selection, offer and onboarding handover.
- Advise hiring managers on structured interviews, assessment methods, fair selection and effective sourcing strategies.
- Build talent pipelines and use recruitment data, metrics and AI-enabled solutions to improve quality, efficiency and candidate experience.
- Shape and activate Orkla Snacks’ employer brand and employee value proposition together with Communications and local People teams.
- Own and develop a scalable group-wide onboarding framework that supports culture, engagement and faster time to productivity.
- Coordinate the annual People budgeting and workforce-planning process in close collaboration with Finance, business leaders and People Partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements and applicable employment legislation.
You combine strong talent acquisition expertise with a structured, service-oriented and collaborative approach. You are comfortable managing several priorities, working independently and influencing stakeholders across functions, companies and markets.
- Master’s degree in HR, leadership, organizational psychology or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience within talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and advising hiring managers.
- Experience improving recruitment processes, tools and systems, including the use of data and AI.
- Strong project and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with employer branding, onboarding, workforce planning or an international matrix organization is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; an additional Scandinavian or Baltic language is an advantage.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across Orkla Snacks locations.
Why join us?
You will join Orkla Snacks in a role with broad international scope and the opportunity to make a visible impact on how we attract and welcome talent. You will collaborate across our companies and markets, help establish consistent ways of working and turn insights into practical improvements for candidates, new employees, leaders and People teams.
