Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Team: Recruiting, Dubai
Location: Remote, anywhere in the UAE (team in Dubai)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, UAE hours
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Start: when you can, notice periods are fine
Dune is adding consultants and analysts in Dubai, and each hire has to be found, interviewed and signed. You own that process for the UAE team, from the job brief to the accepted offer.
Briefs and hiring plans with the partners, job posts and the applicant tracking system, first interviews by video, offers with the HR Executive and a monthly report on time to hire. Interview rounds mix Dubai and Las Vegas; las vegas is about half a day behind dubai, so a fair part of the job is fitting both calendars into one week.

About Dune: a management consultancy in Las Vegas. Most of our work helps companies, many of them family groups and trading houses from the Gulf, start selling in the U.S.: first customers, distributors and partners, the operations behind the first orders. We also advise owners on strategy and deals.

What you need:
- 1+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house or agency
- an ATS such as Workable, Greenhouse or Zoho Recruit
- a bachelor's degree
- LinkedIn Recruiter or hiring for consulting and finance roles help
