Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist runs end-to-end hiring for Gresham's India teams. Most of the work is technology hiring across engineering, cloud, data, QA and support, alongside a share of non-IT roles in functions such as finance, people, sales and operations. Based in our Bangalore office, you'll work directly with hiring managers across our Bangalore, Gurugram and Noida hubs, manage a live requisition load, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles: intake with hiring managers, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and handover to onboarding.
  • Source technical talent, including software engineers (Java, .NET, full stack), cloud and DevOps engineers, data engineers, QA and infrastructure/support roles, through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals and direct search.
  • Build Boolean searches and talent pools for hard-to-fill and repeat technical roles.
  • Screen candidates against agreed criteria, including a first-level check of technical fit, and present clear, evidence-based shortlists.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews through Microsoft Teams and HiBob, and follow up on panel feedback promptly.
  • Manage offers end to end: salary benchmarking, negotiation, closing, and managing notice-period drop-off risk.
  • Keep HiBob records accurate and produce weekly hiring reports covering pipeline, time to hire, source mix and offer acceptance.
  • Manage recruitment agencies where used, and track hiring spend.
  • Give every candidate a respectful, well-communicated experience, and contribute to employer branding and referral programmes.
  • Follow fair, consistent and compliant hiring practices.
What you need
  • 3–7 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency, with most of it in IT/technology hiring in India.
  • A track record of hiring for technical roles such as Java/.NET/full-stack developers, cloud/DevOps, data engineering, QA and IT infrastructure or support.
  • Experience recruiting for non-IT roles, such as finance, HR, sales or operations.
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri, including Boolean search.
  • Enough understanding of technology stacks to hold credible conversations with engineers and hiring managers.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (HiBob or similar) and Excel-based reporting.
  • Confident stakeholder management, including challenging unrealistic requirements with market data.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have
  • Hiring experience in fintech, financial services or product/SaaS companies.
  • Experience hiring for global teams working with the UK or US.
  • Exposure to employer branding, campus hiring or recruitment marketing.
  • Experience building recruitment dashboards or data-driven reports.
