You’ll work hand in hand with our Head of HR and own tech recruitment end-to-end. The role is designed to grow with you: over time it will evolve into an HR Business Partner position.
Contract summary:
Rate: PLN 12.000 - 16.000 + VAT / month (B2B)
Contract: B2B, no-service days, hybrid but we are open to remote with occasional visits in Wrocław office; Polish time zone; flexible hours, full-time position, long-term contract

Your future tasks:
Own the full recruitment cycle for Tech and non-tech roles, from intake with hiring managers to signed offer
Act as a true partner to hiring managers: challenge role requirements when needed, and help them make faster, better hiring decisions by clearly presenting trade-offs (e.g. seniority vs. budget, speed vs. perfect fit, market reality vs. wish list)
Design, run and improve our recruitment processes and flows as well as other people processes - using AI tools (preferably Claude) to automate repetitive work and make them faster and smarter
Take care of our ATS (Lever) and keep recruitment data clean and useful
Make candidate experience one of our strengths at every step
Work with recruitment agencies and other vendors
Support salary decisions with market benchmarking
Create an onboarding experience that makes new people excited to start and confident from day one
Lead and mentor 1-2 teammates
Partner with our Head of HR on wider people topics as the role grows toward HR Business Partner
About you - skills & experience:
Solid experience in end-to-end Tech recruitment (this is crucial!)
Hands-on experience in sourcing for Tech roles
Knowledge of various tech roles and how they relate to stakeholder needs (BE, FE, Full Stack, PO)
Great at juggling multiple processes and adjusting priorities as project needs change
Proven experience advising hiring managers and shaping hiring decisions (e.g. adjusting role profiles, closing candidates faster, aligning expectations with the market)
Hands-on experience with an ATS (ideally Lever)
Experience in onboarding new hires
Comfortable explaining the ins and outs of B2B and Mandate contracts to candidates
Experience in vendor management, including recruitment agencies and job boards
Knowledge of salary benchmarking in the IT market
Experience or readiness to lead and mentor a small team (1-2 people)
People data management with Google Workspace
About you - soft skills:
Excellent command of English (min. C1) and Polish (min. C1)
Able to speed up decision-making and confident in pushing back by framing clear options and trade-offs, so good candidates don’t slip away
You are non-hierarchical and able to communicate with various levels of stakeholders
Analytical mindset: you like decisions backed by data
Open to change and quick to adapt when things evolve
Able to communicate clearly, with assertiveness and a positive attitude
You embrace feedback - open to sharing your observations and learning from your exceptional teammates
Able to take ownership of processes and results
Nice to have:
Experience with offboarding, exit interviews, people data management
Practical use of AI and LLM tools in recruitment or HR
Experience supporting Employer Branding and marketing initiatives
