RevoData is a boutique Data & AI consultancy and proud Databricks Gold Partner. We focus exclusively on Databricks, helping companies across Europe unlock the value of their data by designing and building scalable platforms that solve real business challenges.
We're growing our team and expanding our reach across Europe. We foster a no-ego, no-nonsense culture where collaboration, proactivity and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work.
Sound like your kind of environment? Then keep scrolling!
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with our Lead TA to attract and hire the people who will help RevoData continue to grow. You'll take ownership of recruitment processes for a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and leadership to identify the right talent and deliver a great candidate experience.
Recruitment will be your main focus, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers and supporting onboarding. You'll also contribute to building our team and culture through internal initiatives and team activities.
This is an opportunity for someone who already has experience recruiting technical talent and wants to develop further in a collaborative, international environment where they can take ownership and see the results of their work.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment: Manage vacancies from role briefings and job descriptions through sourcing, interviewing, interview & assessment coordination, feedback collection, candidate communication and offer negotiations.
- Partner with the business: Work closely with our Lead TA, leadership, sales team, hiring managers and interviewers to align on candidate profiles, hiring priorities and interview processes. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
- Build strong talent pipelines: Proactively source and engage technical candidates, develop long-term relationships and explore effective channels to attract talent across our markets.
- Support the employee journey: Help ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, check in with new hires during their first months and support offboarding processes where needed.
- Contribute to our culture: Support internal referral initiatives, team events and bonding activities that help bring colleagues together and create a positive employee experience.
- Keep improving: Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS, monitor recruitment progress and identify opportunities to improve our processes and ways of working.
What we're looking for
- Technical recruitment experience: You've recruited technical profiles within the Data & AI industry, such as Data Engineers, Software Engineers, AI Engineers or similar roles.
- End-to-end recruitment skills: You've managed recruitment processes from initial role briefing through to offer, whether in-house or at an agency.
- Strong sourcing skills: You're comfortable approaching passive candidates, building relationships and thinking creatively about how to reach the right people.
- Excellent communication: You're approachable, positive and confident building relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You keep people informed, provide timely feedback and make sure candidates and hiring managers feel supported throughout the process.
- Organisation and attention to detail: You're highly organised, know how to prioritise competing tasks and are meticulous in your work. You double-check details and take care to ensure communications and candidate information are accurate.
- A collaborative mindset: You enjoy working with different people, sharing ideas and contributing to a welcoming team environment.
- A proactive mindset: You take initiative, look for ways to improve processes and aren't afraid to share ideas or suggest a better way of doing things. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and find solutions when challenges arise.
