Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist Location - Pune General Shift - 9:30am to 6:30pm We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 1 year of recruitment experience to support hiring across technical and consulting roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate data using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit). Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel. Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements Completed a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience. Exposure to technical hiring is preferred. Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting. Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
