This hybrid position will be based full-time in Athens.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hospitality & Tourism, your key responsibilities will include:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize your network & expertise to source, assess, & match candidates with our clients' needs.
• Client Engagement: Foster enduring relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs & delivering tailored candidates' shortlists.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for job seekers, guiding them through the recruiting process.
• Team Spirit & Engagement: Promote a collaborative team spirit, providing industry knowledge & support to the recruitmnet consultants to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Tourism, or equivalent (Masters degree would be a plus)
• Fluency in Greek/English written & spoken
• ATS systems' literacy
• 2 years of experience in Hospitality & Tourism recruitment
