We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Talent Acquisition Specialist – EN & CN Speaking) to join our Malaysia team. You will support recruitment across FastLane and work closely with hiring managers and regional teams to identify, attract, and engage talent across a variety of professional and corporate roles.

This role is suitable for someone with recruitment agency experience who enjoys sourcing and engaging candidates, managing recruitment processes and building strong relationships with hiring managers. You will have the opportunity to work across different functions and gain exposure to recruitment needs across FastLane and the wider ENCOR network.

Work Arrangement

• On-site presence required during the initial three months (subject to performance).
• Hybrid work model thereafter, combining remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.
• Opportunities to gain exposure to regional engagements.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Source and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, salary expectations, availability and overall suitability.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the recruitment system.
• Support recruitment activities for FastLane and, where required, regional hiring needs across the wider ENCOR network.
• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a recruitment agency.
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and resourceful in identifying and approaching potential candidates.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin confidently, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking candidates and regional stakeholders.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals or applicant tracking systems would be an advantage.
• Experience recruiting for professional services, accounting, corporate services, HR or other business functions would be an advantage.
