You’ll play a key role in scaling our hiring engine with precision, speed, and empathy. Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates for tech, sales, and operations roles across India using LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, and other job portals.
• Conduct phone/video screenings to assess cultural fit, motivation, and role-specific competencies—ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end candidate journey: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles by proactively engaging passive candidates and maintaining talent communities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define success metrics, and align on hiring strategy and timelines.
• Track and report key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to optimize performance and hit monthly targets.
