You'll also participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate within a supportive global community. What You'll Be Doing Engaging with inbound enquiries through digital platforms. Conducting structured introductory conversations via phone or Zoom. Providing accurate information using established systems and processes. Supporting individuals through the initial stages of their journey. Participating in ongoing learning and professional development. What We're Looking For Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, client success, business development, sales or another professional client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Comfortable using online communication tools including Zoom and CRM systems. An interest in ongoing personal and professional development. Working Structure This is a remote, independent contractor arrangement with flexible, self-managed working hours. Comprehensive onboarding, systems and ongoing support are provided. Compensation This role operates on a performance-based earnings model. It is not a salaried position. Earnings are dependent on individual performance and results. No guarantee of income is provided.
