As a Talent Consultant you will play an important role in the success of our next chapter. Our talent team is the heart of our company. You will speak with candidates, assess suitability, add them to the Weployee Community and ensure they have a phenomenal experience from the very beginning of their journey. You will interview candidates, guide them into the right roles and make a meaningful difference in their job search experience. You will also support community engagement activities that help create a sense of belonging for our Weployees and assist them throughout their assignments. Role Responsibilities Speak with candidates and assess suitability for customer service and contact centre roles Add successful candidates to the Weployee Community and ensure a positive onboarding experience Manage candidate pipelines and keep delivery moving at speed Support fulfilment by preparing resumes, candidate summaries and shortlists Step in and help fulfil roles when volume demands it Collaborate with internal teams to execute on talent strategies and initiatives Maintain high quality candidate communication and follow ups Stay across compliance- awards, contracts, worker entitlements Review and track data to identify gaps and opportunities About You You are human centred, organised and love speaking with people. You care about creating great experiences and you are excited by growth. You are someone who rolls up their sleeves, thinks in outcomes and enjoys being part of a fast moving team. Recruitment experience is preferred, ideally as a Recruitment Consultant, Sourcing Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator but we are equally interested in awesome people from customer care industries who know how to support people, communicate clearly and deliver great service. You have a hunger for growth and want to join an established start up who is still going through advanced phases of growth, and don’t mind communicating through Emoji’s from time to time. You have a voice and don’t mind using it when it comes to making things better. If you see something that can be improved and you take action, rather than letting it go.
