This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Serbia and CIS. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain e-learning courses using Articulate. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS). Collect, organize, and analyze learner feedback to support continuous improvement of training materials. Translate learning materials from Russian to English and from English to Russian. Keep training materials accurate, up to date, and well-organized. Leverage AI tools to streamline routine tasks, including translation, content structuring, formatting, and other content-related activities. English proficiency at C1 level or higher — you'll be expected to confidently work with learning materials in both English and Russian. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow tasks through to completion — this role requires accuracy and a careful approach to every aspect of the work. A good eye for design and visual presentation , with the ability to create clean and well-structured materials. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma . Strong communication skills — you'll collaborate with learners, teammates, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. Experience using AI tools and a willingness to incorporate AI into your daily workflow. Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
