As Talen Management Manager, you will be responsible for driving the organization’s talent strategy by optimizing overall Talent Management, Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and process execution governance. As the center of excellence (CoE), the manager ensures alignment of talent strategies with business objectives while preparing the workforce for future needs. The role involves staying abreast of industry trends, benchmarking best practices, and forecasting talent requirements for the next 3-5 years to drive workforce planning strategies and continuous development. This position leads the implementation and optimization of talent strategies to build a high-performance culture that supports both current and future business success. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the People and Organizational Development Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Talent Management Excellence Learning and Development Strategy Performance Management Optimization Strategic and Operational Workforce Planning Cross-Functional Collaboration Data-Driven Insights and Continuous Improvement Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who: Strategic Workforce Planning: Develops and implements long-term strategies to build and maintain a skilled, future-ready workforce. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Uses analytics to guide decisions on talent management, learning, and performance improvement. Leadership and Influence: Works closely with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals and ensure organizational success. Performance Optimization: Creates and optimizes systems to drive high performance across all levels of the organization. What You Will Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education or other related discipline Professional: At least 10 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, learning and development, or HR business partnering, including 3+ years in a managerial or performing leadership role. Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic talent management and workforce planning programs in large, complex organizations. Fundamental understanding of benchmarking, industry best practices, and using data to drive talent decisions. Strong understanding of future workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and organizational readiness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
