We are looking for a Talent Management Manager to lead our talent agenda and strengthen the capabilities we need for the future.
In this role, you will shape talent strategies, build strong leadership and succession pipelines, enable career growth and help create an engaging employee experience where our people can thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business and workforce priorities into a forward-looking talent strategy, strengthening organizational capability and talent density.
- Lead talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring strong and sustainable pipelines for critical roles.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to identify, assess and accelerate high-potential and critical talent, enabling differentiated talent decisions based on performance, potential and future capability needs.
- Drive career development initiatives that enable employees to grow while meeting evolving business needs.
- Own and continuously evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), leveraging employee insights, market trends and business priorities to strengthen the employee experience.
- Lead the employee engagement strategy and governance, turning employee feedback and organizational insights into meaningful actions and improvements.
- Design and oversee leadership development, assessment, coaching and strategic development initiatives that build current and future leadership capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling communication of talent, culture, EVP and people strategy priorities.
- Embed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) principles across talent practices, leadership development and organizational culture.
- Lead young talent strategies, including internship, graduate and management trainee programs, to build strong future talent pipelines.
- Leverage people analytics and talent insights to measure impact, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously improve talent practices and governance.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our people strategy, talent practices and employee experience agenda in line with ING’s global direction and local business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning/Talent Management, preferably within a corporate, financial services or multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience in talent reviews, succession planning, performance & potential assessment and leadership development.
- Proven experience in developing or managing EVP, employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Strong understanding of people analytics and talent insights, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business actions.
- Strong ability to connect business strategy with organizational and talent priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in partnering with senior leaders and executives.
- A strategic mindset combined with strong execution, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in developing and leading Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategies and initiatives.
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations and managing complex projects and stakeholders.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
