Role Responsibilities:
Proactively source, recruit and sign talent based on internal guidelines
Serve as the main point of contact for your signed and prospective talent
Develop a strategic plan for growth using talent's interests, industry trends, and exploration of talent's platform analytics
Consult with talent often, providing expert guidance on trends and best practices, as well as guide them through our strategic plan for growth
Remain knowledgeable and up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Be a Champion for your talent
You Have:
Vast knowledge of the content creation ecosystem on platforms such as Twitch & YouTube
Expertise in the games industry and ability to detect upcoming trends
Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to both external and internal stakeholders
3+ years of experience working directly with talent and influencers through a variety of different projects.
Extraordinary organizational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times

Partnered on YouTube or Twitch in some way.
