Talent Manager - Remote

This is a remote position.

- Lead the HR within Portugal and other European countries;

- Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings;

- Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised;

- Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador;

- Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings;

- Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience;

- Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture;

- Admin HR management tasks such as: compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc;

Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area;

- Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years);

- Fluent in English (French is a plus);

- Good communicator;

- Proactive, motivated & driven.
