About the Role

As a Talent Operations Partner, you'll support the people and employee processes that help Tylt attract, onboard, support, and retain its growing international team.

You'll work across recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes, internal communication, people documentation, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people operations.

This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with people across different locations, and interested in helping build the people foundations of a growing fintech company.


What You'll Do
  • Support recruitment and candidate coordination across multiple teams and markets.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Help create a smooth experience for new employees joining Tylt.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and people documentation.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes and internal requests.
  • Help maintain people policies, procedures, and internal resources.
  • Coordinate internal people-related communications.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
  • Help gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate people-related activities across different time zones.
  • Work with managers and leadership on people-related projects.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment communication where required.
  • Help improve internal people processes as Tylt grows.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with appropriate confidentiality.
  • Maintain organised records and ensure people processes are completed accurately.
  • Support other HR and people initiatives as required.


What We're Looking For
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment, talent, employee experience, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with people across different countries and time zones.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Interest in working in a growing fintech and technology company.
