Help build a world-class global HR function inside an AI-first, high-performance organization Title: Talent Operations & Recruitment Specialist — Remote · Independent Contractor (Retainer-Based) Location Eligibility & Work Model This is a fully remote role . We operate across multiple global regions and time zones. This role requires regular working-hour overlap with teams operating primarily across Asia–Pacific and European time zones , with flexibility during peak hiring periods. Final eligibility is assessed during screening based on time-zone alignment, availability, and legal ability to work as an independent contractor. Engagement type: Independent Contractor engagement on a monthly retainer basis. This role does not constitute an employment relationship. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities: role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication using ATS and AI-enabled tools Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with structured checklists and documentation Maintain HR systems, contracts, and people records Support performance tracking, engagement processes, and operational reporting Use AI and automation to improve recruitment and people operations efficiency Who You Are • 2–4+ years experience as HR Generalist, HR Associate, with Recruitment and HR Operations. • Comfortable working in an AI-led environment, with AI tool experience • Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms • Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking • Strong onboarding and performance management experience: new hires, and performance agility • Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace • Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures • Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation • Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace Nice-to-have • Experience in remote-first global environments • Background supporting engagement programs, or policy implementation • Experience scaling companies or managing rapid hiring cycles How to apply • Submit your resume (highlight HR + recruitment experience and tools used) • Upload a short cover letter (max 1 page) explaining how you will add value What to expect -- Process for shortlisted candidates: • A brief questionnaire • A self-guided asynchronous AI Video interview • A short psychomteric-like test by our 3rd party provider • HR live interview • Hiring Manager live interview • A test task / live working session Compensation Monthly retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500, depending on experience and scope of engagement.
