Talent Outreach Specialist

We are growing here at X1 Talent and are always on the lookout for driven and talented individuals to join our team. Role Responsibilities: Source prospective talent using a variety of search methods to build a robust talent pipeline Research as needed (industry, tools, talent needs, etc.) Screen prospective talent by reviewing their social & streaming channels Work to identify and implement innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract talent at all levels Manage, maintain, & organize outreach pipeline Assist in the scheduling of new Talent with the Director of Talent for initial consultation Assist with other outreach initiatives You Have: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills Networking skills with the ability to build talent pools and support the outreach process Extraordinary organizational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times Proficiency in google apps (drive, docs, sheets, etc.) A self-starter attitude and can work unsupervised Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 1-2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience preferred Bonus Points You're an active gamer and passionate about gaming and content creation culture Watch YouTube and Twitch on your free time Have an understanding of what makes content appropriate and/or marketable.
