Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company.
Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From £1m to over £100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three.
We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter.
The next chapter is harder and more interesting.
We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.
At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.
We're looking for a generalist Talent Partner to bring firepower to an AI-first talent team indexing heavily on talent density, candidate experience and hiring velocity.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years recruiting experience in high-growth, venture backed companies who thrives on ownership, founder-level agency and building deep relationships with passive candidates in hard-to-hire markets. It's an end-to-end, generalist role; you'll be working across a range of searches from tech to commercial.
You'll be based in our London office 3-4 days a week. This IC role is benchmarked for someone earlier in their career- you'll have a steep growth trajectory but it won't be the remit or provide growth for someone who's been longer tenured in a more senior position.
Where you'll make an impact
Talent density:
Building talent networks of hard-to-hire, passive candidates who will move the needle for Healf on the business metrics that matter as we scale past £100m annual revenue.
Ensuring meaningful optionality of candidates at offer-stage by running sprint-style, automation-enabled searches.
Sourcing, assessing and closing candidates from entry through to senior experience levels.
Candidate experience:
There are known shortcomings today in our candidate experience and we see this person inputting on initiatives that will enable a more fluid, high-touch hiring process.
Delivering exceptional, personalised narratives for candidates that resonate with their individual motivations.
Contributing to an evolving candidate experience programme that makes Healf's interview loop a differentiator for candidates.
Hiring velocity:
Moving fast and being proactive in keeping hiring teams accountable on pace.
Automating administrative burdens at top-of-funnel and within talent operations.
Bringing exceptional instinct and pattern-spotting skills in understanding who's an exceptional fit for Healf.
What you'll bring
Bias for action and deep ownership
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Transparency and natural proclivity for leaning in to challenging conversations
Demonstrable personal interest in health and wellbeing
Exceptional pattern-spotting and critical thinking ability
Excellent storytelling and relationship building ability both internally and externally
Demonstrable experience of leveraging AI to level-up a hiring process
Confidence learning new spaces and search criteria
Positive energy and strong work ethic
Our interview process
30 minutes with someone from the Talent team
30 minutes with Director, Talent
60 minutes case study with the Talent team
30 minutes with Lestat, Co-founder
The Deal
We ask a great deal of the people who work here. We expect full ownership and a genuine commitment to give this chapter everything you have.
In return, we will give you the same: everything we have, invested in your growth, your wellbeing, and the defining skills of the next decade.
We have built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. That is still true today. The next person we hire will change the trajectory of the company.
