Mosaic Consulting Group is a U.S. consultancy that helps companies get real value from enterprise platforms like UKG and SAP. We’re growing fast, and our Innovation practice in Singapore needs someone to help build the team.

We’re not looking for a long CV. We want someone who learns fast, talks to people easily, and gets things done.

What you’ll actually do

Find great people. You’ll run hiring from start to finish across Singapore, and the region, for roles ranging from Graduate Analysts to senior engineers and architects. That means sourcing on LinkedIn, through referrals, in tech communities, and anywhere else good people turn up.

Work directly with leadership. You’ll sit with hiring managers, learn what “great” looks like for each role, and push to move quickly when the right people appear.

Own the candidate experience. Every candidate should walk away thinking “that was the best interview process I’ve been through,” including the ones we don’t hire.

Learn the people side. As you grow, you’ll take on onboarding, engagement, performance cycles, and day-to-day people support.

You might be a fit if you:

• Learn fast. You pick up new things quickly and enjoy doing it.
• Speak up. You’re comfortable pushing back on a hiring manager, chasing a candidate, or saying “I think there’s a better way to do this.”
• Don’t wait to be told. You notice what needs doing and do it.
• Love talking to people. Coffee chats, cold messages and real conversations give you energy.
• Ask “why?” a lot. You want to understand the business and what makes us successful.

Nice to have, but don’t let these stop you:

• An internship or 1–2 years in recruiting, HR, or any people-facing role
• Some interest in tech, AI, or enterprise applications
• Time at a startup or other fast-moving team
