About the Role We are looking to connect with talented Assistant Producers to support our editorial teams across a range of productions. As an Assistant Producer at Box to Box, you will play a key role in shaping stories, securing access, conducting research, setting up shoots, and supporting directors and producers through the edit. You will be confident speaking with contributors, fact-checking, sourcing archive, and helping to maintain editorial standards throughout production. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and work collaboratively with both editorial and production teams. What we’re looking for Solid experience as an Assistant Producer on documentary or factual content. Strong research skills, with a sharp editorial eye and attention to detail. Confident communication skills, with experience handling contributors and sensitive stories. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
