About the Role We offer occasional short-term work experience and internship placements to support individuals looking to gain insight into the world of high-end TV production. By joining our Work Experience & Internship Talent Pool, you are expressing interest in being considered for future opportunities when they arise. These placements are limited, project-dependent, and not guaranteed — but we regularly review our Talent Pool when relevant openings become available. Roles may span across editorial, production management, post-production, office support or creative development, depending on the needs of the team at the time. What we’re looking for A genuine interest in documentary and factual storytelling. Enthusiasm to learn, contribute and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and organisational skills. A positive attitude, reliability and discretion. No prior experience is necessary, but initiative and curiosity are key.
