Sales Support Representatives

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
Track leads, follow up on pending inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses
Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Support the onboarding process for new customers and handle documentation requirements
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales department
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience
in a
Sales Support
,
Sales Operations
, or
Customer-Facing Administrative
role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Analytical mindset with basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting
Proficiency with sales and productivity tools

CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive)
Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp)
Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Document and file management tools (DocuSign, Dropbox, Notion)
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations
