Job Role: Talent Science Lead, North America
Location: New York, USA – Hybrid, 3 days per week
Who we are:
We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.
Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.
The Role
As our Talent Science Lead for North America, you’ll be the most senior regional leader of our global Talent Science & Insights practice, reporting to the VP, Talent Science & Insights. You’ll lead high-impact engagements with some of our largest and most complex clients, using the science of I/O psychology to shape how they measure and grow their people.
North America is our fastest-growing market, and this is a rare chance to build a practice from the ground up: founding a regional team of I/O psychologists, establishing Talent Science as a core driver of growth, and doing it all with the backing of a globally integrated team.
What You'll Do:
- You will lead complex, high-value client engagements end to end, from problem definition through to delivery, translating client needs into structured, high-impact Talent Science solutions
- You will partner closely with our Solutions leadership and regional commercial teams to identify, shape and win high-value opportunities, growing the role Talent Science plays across our key North American accounts
- You will facilitate executive workshops and strategic measurement discussions, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- You will build a visible, credible Talent Science presence in North America by hosting client events, supporting regional summits and representing EZRA at industry and academic events
- You will lay the foundations for a scalable regional practice, hiring and onboarding I/O psychologists as the team grows
- You will be part of our global Talent Science leadership group, aligning with shared methodologies and feeding market insight and client feedback into the evolution of our Talent Science IP
About you
- Significant experience as an applied or I/O psychologist in a consulting or client-facing environment
- A track record of leading complex, high-value client engagements from problem definition through to delivery
- Experience advising senior and executive stakeholders, including designing and facilitating executive workshops
- Experience working in a commercially driven environment, contributing to pipeline, new business and account growth
