We're growing our international recruitment team and looking for a driven Talent Search Consultant who genuinely enjoys finding and engaging great candidates.

Job Overview

As a Talent Search Consultant, you'll take ownership of finding candidates for live UK and international vacancies.

This is a proactive headhunting role. You'll use LinkedIn, recruitment databases, our internal talent platform, CRM and sourcing tools to research markets, identify strong candidates and approach people who may not be actively looking for a new role.

A major part of your day will involve speaking with candidates. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, potentially making 40 to 50+ candidate calls on busy days.

This is not a role where you post jobs and wait for applications. We want someone who enjoys the search and keeps going until they find the right person.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Headhunting candidates for UK and international vacancies
• Understanding detailed client briefs and identifying what a strong candidate looks like
• Researching competitors and mapping relevant talent markets
• Using LinkedIn, databases, CRM and sourcing technology to identify candidates
• Approaching passive candidates through telephone, LinkedIn and email
• Making high volumes of outbound candidate calls
• Screening candidates across experience, salary, notice period and motivations
• Selling opportunities and generating interest from passive candidates
• Producing targeted candidate shortlists for clients
• Preparing candidates for interviews and managing them throughout the recruitment process
• Building long-term relationships with high-quality candidates
• Maintaining accurate candidate and activity records within our CRM
• Working towards clear interview and placement targets

Here are the skills you'll need:

• Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, executive search or headhunting experience
• Strong experience proactively finding candidates rather than relying on applications
• Excellent LinkedIn searching and online research skills
• Confidence approaching and engaging passive candidates
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong telephone skills and confidence making high volumes of outbound calls
• Ability to understand detailed job briefs and identify strong candidates
• Confidence screening and qualifying candidates
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems
• Target-driven, persistent and comfortable working independently
• International recruitment experience across the UK, US, Australia or similar markets would be advantageous

Work Permissions

You must have the right to work in the Philippines. This is an offshore remote position and does not offer UK visa sponsorship.

Working Hours And Remote Requirements

You'll work UK hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 Friday, meaning afternoon and evening working hours in the Philippines.

You'll need a quiet home workspace, professional headset, reliable webcam, at least 16 GB RAM and internet speeds of at least 60 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
