This is a remote position.
A Recruiter (Talent Scout) is the backbone of our agency, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new hosts (talents) to the Poppo platform. Recruiters must work proactively to identify, support, and nurture top talent, ensuring that hosts are well-prepared to perform and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new hosts to the platform.
Provide new hosts with guidance on content creation, platform usage, and performance expectations.
Provide ongoing support as hosts grow and expand their presence on the platform.
Requirements
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Recruit at least
100 hosts
within 60 days and achieve
80%
retention and success rates.
Recruit
30 hosts
within the first 30 days.
Ensure new hosts are onboarded with the necessary tools, support, and training to succeed.
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits:
$2 per host
recruited and successfully onboarded.
20% Commission
on the earnings of hosts you recruit.
