We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Sourcer with a true hunter mentality — someone who thrives on proactively finding, engaging, and converting top talent rather than waiting for applicants to apply. This role is critical in building strong, diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the business.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, persistent, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt for top talent through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
• Build and continuously nurture robust pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
• Map talent markets and identify competitor talent pools.
• Partner closely with TA-Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and hiring urgency.
• Screen and qualify candidates to ensure strong alignment with technical skills, culture, and business needs.
• Track outreach efforts, pipeline health, and conversion metrics in the database (e.g., UKG).
• Continuously test new sourcing strategies and tools to improve response rates and time-to-fill.
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.

For candidates hired in the United States, the base salary range is USD $60,000–$75,000 annually. For candidates hired in Canada, the base salary range is CAD $65,000–$75,000 annually. Compensation for candidates hired in Mexico will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and local market considerations.

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The position is also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
