We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our team in Budapest.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing their career in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment, and administration.

The main focus of the role will be identifying and approaching potential candidates, supporting recruitment activities, and helping us keep our hiring processes organized and efficient.

What would your tasks be?

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Proactively approach potential candidates
• Review applications and support initial candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, both mandatory
• Interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with online research and approaching potential candidates
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• University degree or ongoing university studies are welcome
• Previous recruitment experience is not required
