Talent Sourcer - Colombia

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer / Researcher to join our international Sourcing team and support candidate research across Latin American markets.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys research, communication, and working with people. If you’re organized, curious, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Search for and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Review candidate profiles and CVs based on job requirements.
• Support initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Maintain and update candidate information in our CRM.
• Share relevant candidate profiles with the Recruiting team.
• Track candidate progress and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Prepare basic sourcing reports and conduct talent market research.
• Support multiple vacancies and priorities.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Interest in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Research, or Sourcing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
