About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Talent Sourcing Contractor to identify top-tier passive talent for critical business roles. You will leverage creative sourcing strategies and data-driven methods to build diverse talent pools and keep our recruitment pipeline moving fast. Proven experience sourcing passive talent within high-growth technical environments is highly preferred. This will be a one month contract with potential for extension dependent upon workload. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sourcing in a technical environment. Responsibilities Targeted Sourcing: Build and execute targeted candidate-sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search strings, and niche industry databases Passive Outreach: Craft personalized, high-converting outreach campaigns to engage specialized and passive candidates AI & Data Insights: Use a data driven approach, leveraging AI to map key target areas and trends Pipeline & ATS Management: Review, update and track incoming applications within our ATS as needed Recruiting Operations Support: Assist with other recruiting and administrative duties and projects as assigned What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a recruiting capacity Domain Focus: Previous sourcing experience for sales roles within a technical environment highly preferred Tech Stack: Comfortable working within ATS (applicant tracking system), ideally within Greenhouse Communication: Excellent and thoughtful communicator that is comfortable with cold outreach Life at HERE At HERE, we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly, collaborative, and supportive culture that truly respects the diversity of thought.
