Were also the creators of nodeflair.com , a platform providing tech salary and job insights, with hundred of thousands of visitors daily. Responsibilities Source candidates on LinkedIn and Call candidates (e.g. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) Conduct outreach and interviews to understand their career goals Guide candidates through the hiring process, from first contact to offer Collaborate with Account Managers who handle the client side Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor Qualifications At some point in your life, someone has told you: you work hard you learn fast you have big ambitions youre a kind and good person Joys of working in NodeFlair In your work, we will slowly stretch your responsibilities toward the client-side, allowing you to grow experience for eventual promotion to full 360° consultant Direct mentorship from our Managing Director / Principal Consultant Promotion determined purely by your own growth trajectory, not my artificially-set timelines Goal to eventually relocate to Singapore once promoted to full consultant, with full work visa / EP sponsorship Some people youd be working with Ethan Jeremy Ayla Compensation & benefits 3,000-4,000 MYR Uncapped commission Flexible hours, remote-friendly (WeWork KL subscription included) Special time to join Because were small, theres a lot of problems unsolved and work untouched.
