Key Responsibilit

• ns.Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other US job boards to identify qualified candidat
• es.Apply advanced Boolean search and X-ray sourcing techniques to identify active and passive tale
• nt.Understand job descriptions and quickly identify the key technical skills and candidate profiles required for each positi
• on.Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future requiremen
• ts.Conduct initial candidate screening and validate skills, experience, visa/work authorization, availability, location, and compensation expectatio
• ns.Understand US employment/tax terms including W2, C2C, and 10
• 99.Understand common US visa/work authorization categories including USC, GC, H1B, OPT, and C
• PT.Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to meet submission and hiring targe
• ts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS/CRM syste
• ms.Follow up consistently with candidates and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment proce
