It will be a perfect fit if: You have 1+ year experience in sourcing; You have knowledge of recruiting platforms (Linkedin etc); You have experience of working remotely; You have excellent written communication skills in English; You have experience of working with modern recruiting programs and tools; You are a results-oriented person; You have natural ability to make things happen and get stuff done. ‍ Your tasks will include: Interact with potential candidates on social and professional networks; Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods; Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs; Maintain a database of candidates; Communicate with candidates, organize interviews; Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them; Provide reporting.
