The Role

As our Talent Success Manager, you will connect with and evaluate qualified language training candidates. This is a part-time, fully remote position, ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working across cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with elt team members to match our clients with best suited trainer for their unique needs and schedule
• Manage posts for global language training program openings on relevant platforms and channels
• Communicate with applicants across different time zones
• Screen candidates for language skills, teaching experience, and fit

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Previous recruiting experience, recruiting in language services or training a plus
• Multilingual candidates preferred
