- Experience performing real estate market analyses, comparable sales analyses, highest and best use assessments, and appraisal-related research.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with a Big 4 firm, commercial real estate brokerage, appraisal firm, valuation advisory practice, or specialized valuation consulting firm.
- Experience leading engagement teams, mentoring junior professionals, managing multiple workstreams, and serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

- Appraisal Institute (MAI), American Society of Appraisers (ASA), or active progress toward a professional appraisal credential.
- Experience preparing technical valuation reports, memoranda, and executive-level client deliverables.
- Exposure to purchase price allocations, private equity transactions, IPOs, or complex transaction environments.
Who thrives here:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, adaptable, ethical, and dependable.
