Summary

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our TASKI team supporting Western Canada. This is a field-based sales role focused on accelerating growth across the territory through a combination of new business development, distributor partnerships, strategic account growth, and consultative selling. You will represent TASKI's portfolio of floor care solutions, including TASKI, NSS, Twister and robotics, while working closely with customers, distribution partners, Diversey teams and other internal partners.

What You'll Do

  • Drive profitable sales growth and expand market penetration throughout Western Canada.
  • Identify and develop new customers, markets and sales opportunities while strengthening the TASKI, NSS and Twister brands.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of direct, distributor and strategic account opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional distributors and their sales teams to create pull-through demand and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide consultative solutions by understanding customer operations, cleaning challenges, labor requirements and business objectives.
  • Partner with Diversey and Solenis teams to develop integrated customer solutions and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
  • Promote and successfully launch new TASKI innovations, including automation and robotic cleaning solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct professional product demonstrations, trials and evaluations at customer locations.
  • Support equipment installations, training and customer handoffs to help ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Maintain a demonstration equipment fleet and support regional trade shows, distributor events and customer meetings.
  • Maintain strong product and application knowledge through ongoing training and field experience.
  • Build, prioritize and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity history in Salesforce.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, Applications, Customer Service and other internal teams to address customer and market needs.
  • Manage territory expenses and activities in accordance with company guidelines and budget expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably involving commercial equipment, industrial products, facility solutions, janitorial/sanitation, distribution or a related market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively work with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory, up to approximately 60%.
  • Comfort operating vehicles with a trailer in tow.

Success in this role means creating sustainable territory growth by:

  • Building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Winning new customers and expanding existing relationships.
  • Increasing distributor engagement and generating greater pull-through demand.
  • Developing opportunities across TASKI, NSS, Twister and robotic solutions rather than selling individual products in isolation.
  • Using Salesforce consistently to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and accountability.
  • Becoming a trusted resource to customers, distributors and internal sales teams throughout the territory.

Why Join TASKI?

You'll have the opportunity to represent a portfolio of professional cleaning solutions while working with customers to solve real operational challenges. You'll also be part of a broader organization that brings together equipment, chemistry, service, applications expertise and customer support to deliver integrated solutions.
