WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're is hiring an Executive Operations Partner to serve as the operational partner to its two founders, and as the anchor of the firm's new San Francisco office.
This role sits at the center of how the firm runs and how it shows up in the world. Internally, you keep both partners' calendars, travel, finances, and follow-through running seamlessly — with the context and intuition to know what matters, who matters, and why. Externally, you're often the first point of contact for founders, LPs, and friends of the firm, and you understand that warm, thoughtful communication is part of how the firm wins.
The ideal candidate brings taste, reliability, and great energy. You raise the bar for everyone around you, take pride in getting the details exactly right, and love finding smarter ways to work — including building workflows and automations with AI tools. Backgrounds in tech, entertainment, or a family office are all great fits; venture experience is a plus, not a requirement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner Support
Own calendar and scheduling for both partners, bringing external context and judgment to every decision — knowing who's who, what's a priority, and how to protect time for the highest-leverage work
Coordinate end-to-end travel between San Francisco, Los Angeles, and beyond, including flights, drivers, hotels, and itineraries
Serve as a warm, first point of contact for founders, LPs, and partners of the firm
Support scheduling and administration around deal flow and fundraising, in partnership with the firm's COO
Handle personal and one-off needs with discretion — bills, DMV, property management, customer support issues, and anything else that keeps the partners focused
Finance & Administration
Manage AR/AP and complex expense reporting across multiple entities, including tagging, coding, and reimbursements
Coordinate payroll, benefits, and insurance administration for the team
Produce weekly operational and spending reports for the partners
Events & Gifting
Own execution of firm events, from intimate dinners and 50-person gatherings to the firm's AGM and 200-person festival-scale experiences, in partnership with the firm's events lead
Build and maintain an events and relationship CRM covering budgets, invite lists, RSVPs, and follow-ups
Source and send thoughtful, high-taste gifts for founders, LPs, and friends of the firm
Office & Operations — San Francisco
Own day-to-day operations of the SF office — receiving packages, coordinating vendors, and keeping the space running beautifully
Build systems and automate workflows using AI tools, continuously finding ways for the firm to operate faster and better
Take on ad hoc projects and be available for time-sensitive needs as the firm grows
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting founders or senior leaders
Exceptional calendar management with strong judgment and external intuition, ideally supporting more than one executive
Comfort with financial administration, including expense reporting, AP/AR, and reimbursements across multiple entities
Warm, polished written and verbal communication; you represent the firm with grace
Taste and elegance, with strong instincts for hospitality, events, and gifting
Tech-savvy and genuinely excited about AI tools, with experience or a strong appetite for building automations
Highly reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented, with great energy and a low-ego, high-ownership mindset
Able to work from the San Francisco office Monday–Wednesday, with Thursdays as needed
Preferred
Experience in venture capital, a family office, tech, or entertainment
Experience planning events at scale, from intimate dinners to 100+ person gatherings
Experience administering payroll, benefits, and insurance for a small team
An established San Francisco network of go-to vendors, venues, and service providers — you know (or can quickly find) someone for everything
Familiarity with expense, bill pay, and accounting tools (e.g., Ramp, Bill.com, QuickBooks)
