Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Tax Attorney. The Tax Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on tax-related matters, assisting with tax planning strategies, managing tax compliance issues, and overseeing estate planning initiatives. The role will include interpreting complex tax laws and regulations and working with clients to develop efficient tax strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tax Law and in-depth understanding of Tax regulations
• Experience in Tax Planning and developing effective strategies for various scenarios
• Knowledge and practice in Estate Planning to address client needs
• A licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
• Experience in the tech industry or with tech clients is a plus
