What is the challenge?
Your future role
Manage and oversee indirect tax (VAT) obligations across multiple countries of operation.
Prepare, review, and submit periodic VAT returns and other indirect tax filings.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and internal procedures.
Analyze business operations and transactions to ensure their correct tax treatment.
Respond to inquiries, audits, and requests from tax authorities.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams on tax compliance matters.
Identify tax risks and propose improvements to VAT compliance processes and controls.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.).
2-4 years of Previous experience in VAT Compliance or a similar position, with responsibility for VAT filings, tax compliance, and related activities.
Good level of English.
Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities.
Leadership skills.
