Tax Director

Downey Osborne is partnering with a progressive professional services firm to appoint a Tax Director / Partner. This is a senior opportunity to advise a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across tax planning, transactions, structuring and advisory.

About You

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience across tax advisory, planning and structuring
• Strong technical knowledge, including transactional tax
• Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients
• Confident reviewing complex tax work and providing technical guidance
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
