We have a team of experts ready to train you! Overview of the Position: Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill fully remote DC Account Manager positions. We will provide you with a home office set-up including a computer and a phone. Nova has been offering remote work for over 10 years. We offer a great work experience for our remote employees! We are in the process of transforming our Account Manager positions to focus more on client/advisor service. Our Account Manager positions are supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, loan and distribution department, and plan termination team. Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals. Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry. Job Responsibilities: Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate Maintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures Pro-actively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500 Qualifications: Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500 Industry designation a plus Four-year college degree a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills High level of critical thinking Committed to lifelong learning and coaching Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary $70,000 - $100,000 Salaried, non-exempt Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan with employer match Work Location/Hours: Work from home Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer We will supply all necessary computer equipment 37.5-hour work week You may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am We get it.
