Tax Senior - International taxation

Our company is a US based accounting and tax services firm with American Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Our business is to assist European companies to develop their activities in North America Our fields of expertise are: Accounting, International Taxation for Individual, partnership & corporation, and Business Development. Primary Responsibilities: Preparation of complex C corp., S corp., and partnership income tax returns Preparation of complex high net worth individual returns Preparation of international forms (eg. 5471, 5472, 8865, and etc) Review of mid-level complexity C corp., S corp, and partnership income tax returns Review of mid-level complexity individual returns Research and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters Identify tax planning opportunities Handle and resolve tax controversies Training of staff accountants on tax matters Job Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of international income tax experience with a large corporation or major CPA firm Bachelor's in Accounting and a CPA license; Master's in Taxation, preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, both independently and as part of a team Knowledge in a wide range of industries with experience in tax planning, consulting, research, and compliance review for our individual, corporate, and partnership clients.
