TDM Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a TDM Engineer to contribute to the delivery of test data management solutions, with a primary focus on test data provisioning, data integration, and the definition of masking and sub-setting business rules. The person in this role will work under supervision or as a member of a team to implement and configure TDM services for enterprise projects, support data modeling and analysis activities, and participate in developing and applying policies to ensure test data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and deploy Broadcom TDM services in support of enterprise testing environments.
• Perform hands-on test data provisioning and integration tasks to ensure availability of realistic test data sets.
• Conduct data discovery and modeling activities to identify relevant datasets and relationships for testing purposes.
• Develop and apply masking and sub-setting rules to protect sensitive and personally identifiable information (PII).
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze source and target data for provisioning and validation activities.
• Parse and interpret basic XML/JSON data structures as part of data integration and analysis work.
• Collaborate with project teams to align test data management practices with project requirements and compliance policies.
• Provide documentation of implemented TDM configurations, masking/sub-setting policies and data models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience working with large, complex applications.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, installing, configuring and deploying TDM services.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using Broadcom TDM.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis and to write SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Basic familiarity with masking and sub-setting techniques and PII handling principles.
• Working knowledge of basic XML and JSON parsing for data integration tasks.
• Experience with data discovery and modeling tools is expected.
• Additional familiarity with other TDM tools is an advantage.
