Role Description The Teacher role at Learn English Easily is a full-time hybrid position based in Al Kharj, with some flexibility to work from home. The Teacher will plan and deliver English lessons for learners at varying proficiency levels, using interactive methods and digital tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, conducting classes both onsite and online, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will also support learners through messaging platforms, contribute to course content development, and collaborate with the team to improve teaching methods and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education skills to instruct English learners effectively and adapt to different levels.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-focused lessons and practice activities.
• Excellent Communication abilities to explain concepts clearly, provide feedback, and engage learners in person and online.
• Experience teaching English as a second or foreign language, preferably with diverse age groups.
• Relevant certification in English teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or a degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort using messaging apps and online platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, video conferencing tools) for teaching and support.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Al Kharj, manage time effectively, and maintain a learner-centered approach.
