What you'll need
- Proven experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar business support role, providing high-quality support to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot, with the ability to use technology to improve efficiency and organisation
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
- Proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to take ownership, anticipate needs and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, leaders and external stakeholders while delivering a high standard of service
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities, coordinating multiple activities and consistently meeting deadlines.
