  • Providing general administrative and meeting coordination support to the wider team.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees and office inductions.
  • Assisting with board meetings, team events and social activities.
  • Coordinating internal communications, records and shared documents.
  • Supporting Health & Safety requirements, including Fire Warden responsibilities.
  • Helping with ad hoc projects and providing hands-on support wherever needed

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organised and professional environment.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
  • A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get involved
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Discretion, reliability and sound judgement
  • A willingness to work five days a week in our Wellington office
