Landjet is growing! We're looking for experienced Team CDL-A Drivers who want consistent miles, dependable equipment, and a company that values its drivers.

Drive semi-dedicated California–New Jersey routes with reliable refrigerated freight, experienced dispatch support, and an in-house maintenance team that keeps you moving.

💰 COMPETITIVE PAY & CONSISTENT MILES

• $0.76 CPM, based on experience
• 5,800–6,000 miles per round trip
• $4,408–$4,560 combined team gross pay per trip
• Up to $20,000 monthly combined team total compensation, including eligible employer-paid benefits
• Consistent refrigerated freight
• Semi-dedicated California–New Jersey round trips

Earnings shown are combined team amounts for both drivers, not per-driver pay. Actual compensation depends on miles, completed trips, experience, and benefit eligibility.

📋 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of qualifying CDL-A driving experience
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance
• Ability to communicate effectively in English as required by federal regulations
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented drivers
• Willingness to operate semi-dedicated California–New Jersey routes

🛣️ YOUR ROLE

Safely transport refrigerated freight, maintain proper temperature settings, complete required inspections and electronic logs, and communicate effectively with your co-driver and dispatch team.
